第四届“Insight 杯”全国高中生英语写作比赛为HEC哈斯教育主办，思客教育协办的年度写作赛事，旨在给高中生一个锻炼写作能力的机会。学生可以在组委会提供的选题中选择自己喜欢的话题进行非虚构写作，递交后有机会获得课程、现金等丰厚奖品。Insight的往届获奖同学（分布在当时的9-11年级）已经被芝加哥、JHU、USC、剑桥、牛津等大学录取。
希望能在这次写作比赛中，激发学生主动学习积极思考的能力，培养学生的结构思考力，多角度看问题、思考更全面。写作比赛不单单是咬文嚼字，更多的是在字里行间培养自身反向思维逻辑，比如怎么提炼主题、怎么选择材料、怎么构思谋篇、怎么描写论证等。对于综合学科的成绩提升也有一定的帮助。
1. 全球9-11年级的高中生都可以参加，即美高、英高、外籍学生也可以参加，在报名截止日期时年龄14-18岁
2. 符合以下语言和标化成绩要求的参赛选手优先考虑（如因疫情无考试成绩，可在报名表中填写模考成绩或在校GPA）：

SAT ERW 成绩不低于630
参赛流程1. 点击依诺教育咨询窗口，以个人为单位在报名截止日期前填写报名表
2. 在5个选题中选择1个题目进行非虚拟写作并在截止日期前提交，文章字数500-650字
3. 参赛作品以PDF附件形式通过官方邮箱进行递交，同时附件以图片或截图形式提交英语成绩证明
4. 作品递交邮箱：insightwriting@126.com
（邮件主题和附件PDF同时命名：姓名+年级学校+联系方式 e.g: Tony+10th 深中+联系方式）
5. 评委导师来自芝加哥大学、斯坦福大学、康奈尔大学、塔夫茨大学、哥伦比亚大学等，在5月16日后开始进行作品选拔，在线上公布获奖名单后，工作人员将联系获奖人员进行奖品兑换
